I called my local Pathmark to get clarification to make sure we all get the best deals...
It means, if you have a coupon that is $1 off a product, it will be tripled up to $3, as long as the cost of the product is over $3. If the cost of the product is less then $3, the coupon will be tripled up to the cost of the product, making it FREE!!!!!

My circular is valid at NJ Pathmarks in Middlesex, Garwood, Hazlet, Ramsey, Howell, Brick, Old Bridge, Toms River, Edgewater Commons, East Brunswick and Edison. I am not sure if other Pathmark's are running this same deal.
